13.02.2023Day of Women and Girls in Science 2023
The Scientific and Technological Centers of the University of Barcelona, in collaboration with the Commission for Equality and Social Action (CIAS), have participated in the International Day of Women and Girls in Science 2023 with a new set of "Scientific and Technological women in CCiTUB" video series.
On this occasion, Carme Navarro, responsible of Quality, and Gemma Martín, technician at the Advanced optical microscopy laboratory de los CCiTUB, have contributed to give visibility to women who are part of the university community, speaking about their career and the scientist that have inspired them. Both also take the opportunity to say a few words to girls who might be thinking of choosing a scientific career.
