The Scientific and Technological Centers of the University of Barcelona (CCiTUB) maintain a firm commitment with the quality of the services offered and with the continuous improvement of all its processes.

To reach this commitment, the CCiTUB has an ISO 9001 certified quality management system, which allows the continuous improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of its process and increase user’s satisfaction through the institution support and the participation of all the CCiTUB staff.
