The CCiTUB participated in the making of European Standards for Services. Dr. Carme Navarro, responsible of quality of the CCiTUB, will be the manager of the project. It is an initiative which is being carried out at European level, and which corresponds to the Mandate on Horizontal Service Standards M/517, financed by the European Comission and the EFTA. This mandate studies how much the Horizontal European Standards for Services contribute to improve the hiring and sale of services in the Internal Market making easier the relations between customers and suppliers and raising the quality of the given service. The CCiTUB have been presented as a center of interest for the making of the standards because of the contribution that can make thanks to the experience of the CCiTUB in the provision of supporting services for research in a quality management system certified according to the standard ISO 9001. | |
