The CCiTUB participated in the XIII National Congress of Materials which took place from June 18th to 20th in the University of Barcelona and which had Dr. Seoane, Director of the CCiTUB, as an Organizator Committee member. Doctors Gerard Oncins and Jordi Díaz-Marcos with Mr. Joan Vilana, technicians of the SPM Nano-techniques and Interferometry-confocal Technology, presented the posters entitled "Nanosecurity in cosmetic products: New European regulations" and "Rugosity and 3D security parameters: new iso and applications in the field of materials". Dr. Jordi Díaz also participated with the conference "Nanotechnology and Nanosecurity: New paradigm for a responsible and sustainable R&D". At June 19th, Dr. Lluís Yedra of the TEM Applied to Materials Techonology gave the conference "3D chemical nanocharacterization: EELS tomography of BFO/CFO self assembled structures". Finally, doctor José Ramón Seoane, director of the CCiTUB, acted as moderator of the talks of Materials characterization and modelization which took place the last day of the Congress, June 20th. | |
