General conditions (submitting the application implies the acceptance of the following clauses):

1.- User registration implies the acceptance of the Scientific and technological Centers Internal Normative.
2.- Contact with usuaris@ccit.ub.edu in case of user modification or user deletion request.
3.- Applicant must save a copy of the registration form for its traceability.

Your registration as user of the CCitUB will not be effective until the person who assume the registration authorize your request. If the person who will assume the cost has not fill at some point our form, that is if we do not have him/her in our data base as a titular user, your request will not be accepted by our Administration. Indicate this condition to your titular so that he/she may register as well (in case they have not done it before).

INFORMATIVE CLAUSE:

Right to information regarding the processing of personal data (1) The responsible of processing your data is the Secretaria General of the Universitat de Barcelona. (2) The processing purpose is the management of the contracted CCiTUB services and the realization of statistical analytics. In addition, if you consent, we will send you satisfaction questionnaires regarding to the contracted services and emails with CCiTUB information (new equipment, formation courses). (3) You have the right to access to your data, modify it, delete it, deny its processing, request portability and limit the processing in some circumstances.
