Satisfying results in the CCiTUB user’s annual surveys

In the context of quality system improvement, CCiTUB carries out user surveys to measure the user’s satisfaction degree related to services provisioned by our Units.

The survey includes several concepts such as services rates, equipment, response time, attention and experience of our technicians, as well as general opinion about services provided and it opens a channel with users to let them send us suggestions, complaints and other opinions.

User rating is being collected annually since 2008 and allows CCiTUB to make service improvements and enhance user’s experience. Last survey, done in January of this year, collects user opinion of private institutions that worked in our installation during 2020.

Despite of the situation lived during 2020, the results of the surveys have improved compared to the ones received last year. In fact, the quality of services has been valued with the highest average mark in the last four years.

CCiTUB users have incremented their participation in the survey to a 11,7% and, in general, they have valued positively the services received in the CCiTUB, despite the added difficulties due to the context related to COVID-19 situation. The characteristics most valuated by CCiTUB users have been the experience of the technicians and the attention received.

CCiTUB has a quality system based in the ISO 9001 norm since 2005. The satisfaction surveys are one of the indicators that help to grant quality of service to our users, having a direct impact on the level of excellence in their investigation.
