User registration, regulations and forms

Any person applying for the first time for any services by CCiTUB must enter as a new user. For this purpose it is necessary to fill in an application form. Once completed, the form must be sent to usuaris@ccit.ub.edu

Working order and Fees

Each application for service provision will be recorded through the work order, which is specific for each service type that will be given to the user by the technical responsible.

The CCiTUB fees are approved by the Social Council of the University of Barcelona and can be consulted on the University's website at the following link [+]. The link only shows the fees approved by the last Social Council of the year. It may happen that between two published fees there are others approved for a period between the last Social Council of the previous year and the last one of the current year. In this case, they would not be visible in the link provided. If you need to consult the current fees for a specific date, please contact the Finance Department. Equipment booking

Some CCiTUB techniques have an Schedule to make online reservation of their equipment. Any new user must have had a previous interview with the corresponding technician in charge, both for using specific equipment and the CCiTUB facilities. Each application for service provision will be recorded through the work order, which is specific for each type of service that will be given to the user by the technical responsible.
