Training in animal facilities

During the coming weeks, in particular on Thursdays 27th of February and 6th of March, from 12 to 14h, will take place in the CCiTUB classroom, placed in the Lluís Solé i Sabarís street building, the seminar entitled "Aplicació del sistema de gestió informàtica dels estabularis".

This seminar, which is included within the framework of Technological Seminars 2014 from the CCiTUB, has an exclusively internal character and is addressed to all the technical staff of the six animal facilities from the CCiTUB, which are spread all around the UB campuses, in particular: Medicine faculty, Biology faculty, Bellvitge Hospital, Pharmacy faculty, Edifici Docent Sant Joan de Déu and Psychology faculty.

The basic instructions for operating the different modules of the animal facilities management software application will be taught in the seminar. These modules are: users, procedures, animal orders, animal and colony management, billing and statistical reports.

The fact that this management software exists favors the information flow between the animal facilities technical staff and allows that the facilities users can have accurate data about the available services.
