The Genomics Technology offers a new service in Sanger sequencing by automated capillary electrophoresis: the submission of Premixed samples. The DNA and the primer are mixed in one tube by the user and the Genomics Facility performs the sequencing reaction, the clean-up, the run and the analysis. The advantage of the Premixed service towards the Ready-to-Run service (the user performs the sequencing reaction and we run the sample) is the saving in labeling reagent by the user (Big Dye Terminator v3.1. or v1.1).
