During the second quarter of 2012, the CCiTUB signed an agreement with the FUNDACIÓ JOAN MIRÓ for the analysis of identification and characterization of materials from pieces of art, using technologies available from the CCiTUB. This agreement is part of the line started in 2011, when the CCiTUB entered into a collaboration with the Museu Nacional d'Art de Catalunya (MNAC) to carry out the same type of analysis with material from their background.
