Consortium of European Research Infrastructures Euro-Bioimaging ERIC

University of Barcelona, through the CCiTUB, is part of the Consortium of European Research Infrastructures Euro-Bioimaging ERIC, together with other leading institutions in the field of research, with the aim of opening new doors in the field of research in imaging technologies in biological and biomedical sciences.

In this sense, the CCiTUB coordinates a new node specialized in living cell microscopy and in vivo microscopy, Barcelona Live and Intravital- Advanced Light Microscopy Node (BLivIN), together with Institute for Research in Biomedicine-Barcelona (IRB-Barcelona) and the Centre for Genomic Regulation (CRG).

The CCiTUB Advanced Optical Microscopy laboratory will play a key role in the development of these techniques, providing its expertise in the field and making cutting-edge equipment and technologies available to researchers.

Proposals can be submitted at any time of the year for their evaluation following the Euro-Bioimaging access guidelines.
