Seminar on aSNOM and nanoFTIR, based on the NEASNOM equipment ( microscope to perform spectroscopy and image in visible, infrared and THZ with spatial resolutions of 10 nm) of the company NEASPEC, founded in 2007 by the Max Planck Institute of Biochemistry in Munich.
