Discover the new equipment Magpix of Labclinics, which will be lent for a period of time to the cytometry technology.
This instrument is designed for the simultaneous detection of different secreted proteins in a sample (like cytokines, chemoquines, growth factors ...). Luminex technology (multiplexed analysis) allows the measurement of up to 50 analytes per well.
The Procartaplex Multiplex Immunoassay kits used with this instrument are available in multiple formats across six species (Human, mouse, rat, non-human primates, dog and pig. The main trends are:
- Quantitative (up to 50 analytes simultaneously detected).
- Low sample amount (25-50 microl).
- Less than an hour per 96 well plate.
