Obtaining 3D images in real color and metrological data on all surfaces, even the most complicated, is the main objective of the demonstration. The attendees can bring their samples to analyze and watch closely the possibilities that the device offers.
16:00 Welcome and presentation of equipment (microscopy / optical profilometry, interferometry and reflectometry).
16:30-19:00 Analysis of samples of attendees (topography, roughness and thickness of layers).
Thursday, October 22nd from 16:00 to 19:00.
