The session in charge of the company Milteny aims to present solutions that allow us to improve the obtaining of cell suspensions and subsequently show alternative markings to improve the results of Cytometry.
The talks will be organized in two parts:
- A first part focused on solutions and small equipment related to the preparation of samples. The secret to the success of any experiment depends on the quality of the starting material whether you need viable single-cell suspensions from solid tissues or homogenous tissue lysates. The aim of the seminar is to learn about sample preparation solutions that help standardize tissue preparations and obtain reproducible data.
- In a second part, alternatives will be presented to improve the results of multicolor cytometry and to choose the best options for designing the antibody panels to be combined.
