The activity consists of a day of virtual presentation and two of demonstration of the Nanolive CX-F equipment in the laboratory of Advanced Optical Microscopy of the CCiTUB located in the Campus Diagonal.
The equipment that will be presented is specifically directed to non-invasive living cell observation, both at the population scale and at the subcellular level. Some examples of applications that could be analyzed are: mitochondrial and / or metabolic response to specific treatments, cell differentiation, cytotoxicity, internalization of nanoparticles, among others.
