● Description
Flow cytometry is an essential tool in the field of biological research. The new spectral cytometers allow to collect the complete emission of the fluorescence spectrum, which allows a more complete analysis (spectral fingerprint) than that provided by conventional cytometry.
The demo offered by Palex and Cytek is composed by a seminar and four practical sessions where the users may bring their own samples to analyse. The topis covered will be:
- What is spectral flow cytometry?
- Spectral vs. Conventional cytometry
- High-resolution Spectral Flow Cytometry: the technology behind
- Panel design
- Application examples
- 24-colour immunophenotyping with a 3-laser instrument and 34 colour
with a 5-laser instrument
- Future developments: more lasers, more colors...
● Date
