The Vice Chancellor for Equality and Social Action of the University of Barcelona, Dr. Maite Vilalta, on September 20, 2019, has signed the resolution approving the regulations of the Commission for Equality and Social Action of the Scientific and Technological Centers.

The aim of this regulation is to establish a common regulatory framework for the Commission for Equality and Social Action of the CCiTUB to respond to inequality situations guaranteeing the equality and well-being of all, and ensuring that this is the case.
Equality and Social Action Commission
The CCiTUB's Equality and Social Action Committee was established on February 22 of the current year and is directly dependent on the Equality Unit of the University of Barcelona [+info]
The commission’s main objectives are to apply the gender perspective vision to all activities and procedures of the Centers, promote the protocol of harassment and macho attitudes of the University of Barcelona and promote the objectives of sustainable development (ODS) in the Agenda 2030.
