The Advanced Optical Microscopy technology of CCiTUB, participates with a poster of pictures taken by users, in the exhibition "Exponatura 2016", which can be visited in the agora of Ramon Margalef’s building, at the Biology’s faculty of Universitat de Barcelona. This exhibition is been done every year since 1981 and Advanced Optical Microscopy technology participates since 2011. The exhibition can see several photographs, especially about travels and trips to see plants and animals, including there are also photographs of electron microscopy and confocal optical microscopy. The photos of this technology of CCiTUB show from a focal plane to three-dimensional reconstructions of different planes, all obtained by confocal optical microscopy. Where experiments are observed from sperm protein, or lipid subjected to a given pressure, to cellular internalization of nanoparticles. The exhibition will remain open until the next May 30. | |
