El Dr. Rafel Prohens, responsable de la Tecnologia de Polimorfisme i Calorimetria dels CCiTUB, juntament amb el Dr. Rafael Barbas i la Sra. Dafne de Sande de la mateixa tecnologia, han publicat l'article "A late appearing polymorph of nutraceutical pterostilbene" a la revista CrystEngComm.
El resum de l'article és el següent:
"We present the discovery of a late appearing polymorph of the nutraceutical pterostilbene and analyzed computationally the intermolecular interactions observed in its crystal structure to explain its higher stability with respect to previously known forms."
