The aim of the seminar is to improve and update the knowledge of the the CCiTUB staff in reagents and standards management. The seminar is focused on ensuring that this management acomplishes the requirements of the ISO 9001 quality system and the CCiTUB management system.
Program:
- Overview of ISO 9001 regarding the control of reagents and standards.
- How the control of standards and reagents is described on the CCiTUB documentation system: quality manual, SOPs, IT.
- Aspects to consider to ensure the quality of laboratory reagents and standards: acquisition, receipt, identification, storage, expiry associated records.
- Examples and case studies of non-conformities in reagents and standards monitoring.
