Information
The use of assisted reproduction techniques (embryo transfer, in vitro fertilization, etc.) and cryopreservation of germplasm (semen and embryos, primarily) are necessary for the efficient management of mouse colonies and/or to generate genetically modified strains. The aim of this seminar will be to describe the main techniques available and to show its potential applications.
