Last November 27th, it took place the second edition of the Networking and Innovation Day, which was co-organized by the CCiTUB, the Fundación Bosch i Gimpera (FBG) and the Parc Científic de Barcelona (PCB), and it was focused in biotechnology and health fields, food, chemistry and cosmetics, materials and nanotechnology, electronics, optics and TIC, energy and environment. NID became again a meeting place for research and innovation members of the Grup Universitat de Barcelona (Grup UB), the organizations located in Parc Científic de Barcelona (PCB) and the enterprise world. In this edition, NID welcomed 200 participants aprox., and facilitated more than 270 bilateral meetings. The responsible on external relations and technological advice of the CCiTUB as well as various CCiTUB technicians participated in those meetings. Dr. José Ramón Seoane, CCiTUB director, participated in a round table entitled “Nous paradigmes en la relació público-privada en projectes de recerca i innovació” with Joan Guinovart, Instituto de Recerca Biomèdica de Barcelona (IRB-Barcelona) director, Antonio López-Carrasco Comajuncosas, Telefónica , Marc Ramis, CEO, Tech & Business Innovation (TBI) and Lluís Santamaría, responsable of the grup de Immunología Translacional del Departamento de Fisiología y Immunología de la Universitat de Barcelona. The table was moderated by Joaquim Elcacho, journalist specialized in science and environment. |
