Since last March, the Radiological Protection Technical Unit of CCiTUB holds the ISO 9001 (B) certificate for activities related to the Radiological Protection Services.
This certification ensures that the radiological protection services provided, both to users of the UB and to external users, meet legal and regulatory requirements. This certification is in addition to the CCiTUB ISO 9001 certification (obtained in 2005) which certifies that CCiTUB have already implemented a quality management system based on ISO 9001 standard. It also meets the requirements of the Standards of Good Manufacturing (GM) to support the activities of public and private research and provide scientific, technological, and analytical services.
