The CCiTUB have participated in the JEELS 2012 Congress on EELS spectroscopy organized by the French Microscopy Society in Grenoble on October 23th - 25th. Sònia Estradé and Lluís Yedra from the Transmission Electron Microscopy Unit have participated at the congress carrying out the oral presentations “Accessing a new dimension of nanomaterials: EELS spectroscopic tomography” and “EELS signal enhancement by means of beam precession in the TEM”. | |
