CCiTUB Brand


Basic identification

The design of the brand transmits seriousness and clarity through an orderly and hierarchical composition. The chromaticism confers unity in coexistence with the UB. Designed from the Corporate Image and Marketing Unit of the University of Barcelona, it follows the requirements for the unification of graphic criteria of all the research centers of the University.

Symbol

The symbol must always be presented with the layout presented on this page: the CCiT acronym always united to the UB acronym. The typography used is “Foundry Gridnik Bold” for the CCiT acronym and “Charter Itc Regular” typography for the UB acronym, maintaining consistency with the logo. The symbol must always be presented with the corporate colors.

Logotype

The logotype of the Scientific and Technological Centers of the University of Barcelona is composed with two lines that pretend to communicate differentiation (CCiT) and belonging (UB). The proportions of the elements that make up the symbol must never be altered, and no other element may be included in the corporative area.

Brand or symbol in colored background

To use the CCiTUB symbol in a colored background, the positive tint will be used for intensities lower than 50%, while the negative tint will be used for intensities below 50%.
