Isothermal Titration Calorimetry and Differential Scanning Calorimetry are ultrasensitive techniques that enable the thermodynamic analysis of
biomolecular interactions and the thermal stability determination of a biomolecule. We will review the basics of microcalorimetry and its
applications to the biochemical sciences.
Methodology
One morning event with two speechs followed by a practical exhibition module of an instrument of Microcal (ITC200) contributed by the company GE (Microcal distributors).
Date
July 10th, 2012. (aprox from 9 to 14 h)
Classroom of the CCiTUB building .
