Interpretation of infrared spectra

Objectives Methodology Date Location

 Objectives of the course

Isothermal Titration Calorimetry and Differential Scanning Calorimetry are ultrasensitive techniques that enable the thermodynamic analysis of biomolecular interactions and the thermal stability determination of a biomolecule. We will review the basics of microcalorimetry and its applications to the biochemical sciences.

 Methodology

One morning event with two speechs followed by a practical exhibition module of an instrument of Microcal (ITC200) contributed by the company GE (Microcal distributors).

 Date

July 10th, 2012. (aprox from 9 to 14 h)

 Location
