PCR Product Purification with ExoSAP
This new service allows for fast and efficient cleaning of PCR products, a crucial step for obtaining optimal results in Sanger Sequencing. Unlike other methods such as separation columns or precipitations, the ExoSAP technique avoids the loss of amplified product and ensures greater reliability.
Library Preparation for NGS (Next Generation Sequencing)
Library preparation is a critical step for the success of high-throughput sequencing. With this new service, the Genomics Unit facilitates this process for research groups, saving time and resources, and ensuring optimal preparation for NGS sequencing.
