● Description

The ZEISS Lattice SIM 5 system has been optimized to capture subcellular structures and their dynamics. Thanks to Lattice SIM technology and the SIM² image reconstruction algorithm, the ZEISS Lattice SIM 5 system offers excellent super-resolution capabilities of up to 60 nm, in both live and fixed cells. Additionally, the SIM Apotome imaging mode and a low-magnification objective can be selected to obtain quick previews of the sample before zooming in on super-resolution details.
