● Description

Magnetic cell separation technology (MACS) is used for the purification of cells labeled with antibodies associated with paramagnetic nanobeads. Its application is primarily in the preparation of samples that will be used later in cytometry, functional assays, or omic applications where rapid cell selection that does not affect their properties is required. The presented equipment, the autoMACS® NEO Separator, is a desktop equipment designed for automated and simple magnetic separation in blood samples, bone marrow, PBMCs, or dissociated tissues.
