The CEEA-UB improves the processing of document management with the new digital platform

The software modernizes and redefines the requests for the benefits that the Ethical Committee for Animal Experimentation (CEEA) offers to its users to make them more efficient.

It also speeds up the presentation of projects and procedures to be evaluated by this Committee from its application to its final approval and other procedures to improve communication between users and the Committee, while ensuring the total transparency and confidentiality.

The NorayDocs platform was launched this past April for the presentation of projects and procedures, and in this time has been consolidated as the communication channel between researchers and the Technical Office of the CEEA, managed by the CCiTUB.

One of the main advantages is that it allows to immediately notify the progress of the project as well as updates of status changes to researchers by email.

For the rest of the applications, their implementation on the NorayDocs platform will be progressive and guides and videos will be prepared specifically so that users have up-to-date information on the steps they must follow.

To register in the NorayDocs application, a form will soon be available for researchers. The researchers will have to fill out this form and send it by email to ceea@ccit.ub.edu so that the Technical Office of the CEEA can send them their access credentials.
