29.09.2021Participatory dynamics arrive to the CCiTUB
The CCiTUB have held their first co-creation workshop. The workshop was an initiative of the new management, which is actively working on the review and analysis of all processes that are considered strategic for the CCiTUB. As a result of this comprehensive improvement project, the workshop aims to be a pilot that encourages the active participation of all the agents involved in each of the processes to be improved.
In this first case, the dynamics have facilitated the meeting of all the units of the CCiTUB and has allowed them to collaborate in the diagnosis and the generation of proposals to improve the internal and external communication of the CCiTUB . The aim is to extend this methodology to other areas such as the provision of services to users, the training offer or decision-making, and to incorporate later, not only the CCiTUB staff, but also our current and potential users as well as experts from all science areas.
In these types of workshops, collective creativity is promoted through group dynamics, environments and tasks that facilitate ‘brainstorming’ in a relaxed and pleasant environment that fosters innovation. This first session was attended by representatives of all the technical units and the management unit as well as the Director, Dr. Sangüesa, and the Head of Management and Administration, Mrs. Jané. The day gave the opportunity to express the opinion of all participants and ended with a collection of innovative ideas and actions to evaluate.
