Self-defense workshop for women (only for CCiTUB staff)
Organized by the CIAS (Commission for Equality and Social Action of the CCiTUB) and framed in the commemorative events of November 25th, International Day against Gender Violence, a personal self-defense workshop will be held.
The session will be taught by Ms. Karin Kronkle, author of the book "Autodefensa feminista para todo el mundo". The course will be practiced with specific guidelines such as maintaining calm, how to manage personal space and evaluate situations, how to improve communication and physical self-defense at a level basic and achievable.
