18.05.2020CCiTUB starts phase 2 of the lifting of lockdown plan
The University of Barcelona starts phase 2 of the lifting of lockdown plan. On Saturday 16th of May, it was published in the BOE the order SND/414/2020 of the Ministry of Health including several measurements of flexibility related to university, science and research. In accordance with these measurements, the CCiTUB will proceed to the opening of its buildings and facilities in order to offer services to the researches of the University of Barcelona that have already requested them and that have been approved by the Reasearch Vice Chancellor (+info)
CCiTUB will follow the indications of the phase 2 in the lifting of lockdown and the contingency plan elaborated by OSSMA. Their compliance of both documents are required for any person accessing to our facilities (+info).
Appointment
The CCiTUB will open next Tuesday 19th of May to attend exclusively the authorized researches to work in the University of Barcelona facilities during this phase. In order to access to the CCiTUB units or to send samples to analyze, please contact through e-mail with the corresponding person in charge of the Unit and they will indicate the day and time for the needed service and the way it will be done to guarantee the security of the CCiTUB employees and the researches willing to access to the building.
Compulsory: mask and gloves
Today, Monday, the lettering of the main building in Lluís Solé i Sabarís Street is being done and the distribution within the CCiTUB unities of the needed EPIs. We would also like to remind our users that, in order to access into CCiTUB facilities, they must wear the mask and gloves given by their own faculty.
