19.09.2019A CCiTUB article received recognition of the 'Royal Society of Chemistry'
The article "Polymorphism in secondary squaramides: on the importance of π-interactions involving the four membered ring", by PHd. Rafel Prohens, responsible for the technology of Polymorphism and Calorimetry of the CCiTUB, has been selected as one of the favourites of the publisher of the magazine CrystEngComm to be included in the collection "Polymorphism in Molecular Crystals" dedicated to the recently deceased Professor Joel Bernstein, maximum scientific figure in the field of crystalline polymorphism.
The article, which is also author PHd. Mercè Font, technician of the X-ray Diffraction technology, was already published in the "CrystEngComm" magazine on the 1st of December, and now receives this recognition from the Royal Society of Chemistry (see here).
This recognition in such a specialized and prestigious publication shows the high level in research and the technical expertise of the CCiTUB's Polymorphism and Calorimetry Unit while emphasizing the high degree of internationalization of its work.
